The Registrar’s Office supports the mission of Lebanon °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø College by upholding the integrity of student academic records and credentials in accordance with institutional, state, and federal regulations while providing convenient, responsive, and accurate support to students, faculty, staff, alumni, and the general public.
Fall 2026 & Spring 2027 Registration
Online registration for Fall and Spring semesters is open in AccessLVC for returning undergraduate students from August 6-28 (changes must be made by 4:30 p.m. on August 28). New undergraduate students may make changes to their Fall schedule, if needed, when they meet with an advisor on August 22. Graduate student registration will remain open until two weeks prior to the start of the term; late registration remains open until the start of the term, subject to seat availability.
Winter 2026-27 Registration
Winter 2026-27 courses will be available for registration beginning on August 10. Registration will remain open until the course’s start date. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please consult your advisor for recommendations.
Academic Year Hours
Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Summer, Winter, and Spring Break Hours
Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Summer hours on Fridays are 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Closed Days
The office is closed for the following holidays: Good Friday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Thanksgiving and the day following, the holiday period (Dec. 23 through Jan. 3).
