Dr. Jeremy Goshorn is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lebanon Ƶ College and the Coordinator of Clinical Experiences for the graduate counseling program. He earned his Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from The College of William & Mary. He is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Nationally Certified Counselor, and a Certified Family Therapist. His research and clinical work focus on addressing the mental health needs of marginalized populations such as individuals in recovery from addiction and the LGBTQIA+ community. His scholarly work focuses on investigating how intrinsic strengths and positive psychology factors, such as hope, meaning-in-life, purpose, and self-compassion can act as protective mechanisms and foster positive mental health outcomes.

Dr. Goshorn was elected as Secretary/Treasurer of the Pennsylvania Association for Counselor Education and Supervision (PACES). His two-year term begins on July 1, 2026.
